Black Victory is NOT responsible for delays, damaged,lost or stolen packages! NO refunds or exchanges are accepted! Defective products may be returned within 10 days for a replacement. No Refunds. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process your request.
How to make a return:
To return a package, include a copy of/original packing slip that was sent with the order and send a letter with your reason for return and include all supporting documentation. Please make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Use a carrier you trust with a tracking system to help track the package in case of loss, stolen or damage. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. Black Victory will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
